5. Soybeans Allergic

Soybeans is another common food allergen, especially in children. Symptoms of a soy allergy may include itching, eczema,  hives, canker sores, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting,  diarrhoea or dizziness. More severe anaphylactic reactions to soy may also arise, but these are very rare.

6. Wheat Allergic

If you’re allergic to wheat-containing food, you suffer from an immune system. Protein in wheat is interceded by the immune system. The allergy frequently affects children and is usually by age of three. About 20% of children with wheat allergies have been found to be allergic.
