DIY Fruit Infused Water Recipes For Weight Loss

1. APPLE, HONEY, and CINNAMON INFUSED WATER

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 apples, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cups pure fresh water

INSTRUCTIONS: In a large jug, add all ingredients, cover with a plastic foil and let infuse overnight. Add ice cubes and serve.

2. CITRUS MINT DETOX WATER

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 limes, cut in slices
  • 2 lemons, cut in slices
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 4 cups pure/tap water

INSTRUCTIONS: Take a large jug, add all ingredients into it, cover with a plastic foil and let infuse overnight. You can Add ice cubes and serve.

3. GRAPEFRUIT AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR FAT FLUSH WATER

 INGREDIENTS

  • 2 red grapefruits, cut in thin slices
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cups pure tap water
  • Ice cubes, to serve

4. DETOX GREEN TEA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 lemon, cut in thin sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 strawberries, cut in  sliced
  • 2 cucumber, cut in sliced

INSTRUCTIONS: Using green tea K-cup or a green tea bag and boiling water, brew 8-10 fluid ounces of water to make green tea. Chill green tea in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Add cucumber, lemon, strawberries, and honey. Stir to mix ingredients and add ice cubes if desired.

5. LEMON BERRY FLUSH FAT SPA WATER

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 lemon, cut in  sliced
  • 3 cups water, purified

DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients to a large jug, cover with the lid and allow to chill overnight in the refrigerator, drink throughout the day.
