Fun & Easy Yoga Poses For Kids To Keep Them Active & Healthy: It would be wrong to say that your kids do not feel the stress. School classes, homework, competitions, kid rivalry, and parents diktats have also effect on their happiness. Yoga can help even your kids come out of these pressures. It would not be easy for you to convince the child to do yoga.
Here are some fun yoga poses for kids to try indoor or outdoor-
Tree pose (Vrkasana)
In the Tree pose, ask your kid to act like a tree- strong and straight. This pose will help your kid to balance the whole body, and strengthen their legs and hands. This yoga cause helps in soothing the mind and in controlling the whole body of your kids.
Mountain pose (Tadasana)
In the mountain pose, ask your kid to join hands in front of his or her chest, and stand vertical and strong as a mountain. This yoga pose for kids is great for maintaining a straight posture and peace of mind. It also helps in strengthening muscles and legs.
Butterfly pose (Baddha Konasana)
Pushing down on the knees or hip and legs with elbows keeps your feet pressed together allows the hips to open up more. This pose is great for opening the hips and an excellent stretch for the ankles.

Happy Baby Pose(Ananda Balasana)
In the happy baby pose, tell your kid to lie on their back, pull their knees towards the belly, and hold the front area of the feet. This pose helps in relieving stress and pacifying the mind. It also stretches the spinal cord.
Child’s Pose(Balasana)
In the child’s pose, ask your kid to sit back on their heels, with their head resting on the mat. Hands should lie in front. This resting pose calms the mind. It also stretches the hips and legs.
Doggy Pose( Adho Mukha Svanasana)
This posture is not only great for oxygenating the body but it becomes a relaxing pose for stability. When placed properly – with heels grabbing the floor, shoulder relaxed and elbows spiraling outward while pressing through all fingers tips and through the hands – this is strengthening up balance pose.
