Anti- sugar tea with 2 Biscuits    

Breakfast:  2 Slice Brown Bread   with 2 Hard Boiled Eggs  OR 2 Scrambled Eggs, 1 Slice Brown Bread, and 1 cup Skimmed Milk

Mid-Morning:  1 Banana, half cup Melon and 20 Grapes    50

Lunch:  1 cup plain brown Rice, 100 gm chicken and half cup mixed vegetables  with Salad 1 Bowl    

Evening:  1 cup  buttermilk only

Dinner:  1 plain Roti, 50 gm fish, half cup lentils dal  with 1 small bowl  Raita    

Avoid processed foods, starchy vegetables like potatoes, cabbage, and cauliflower. You can take multivitamin and calcium supplements along with this diet plan. In many cases though, a strict diet plan throughout the day is often effective due to night time craving for food.
