• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp low-fat butter
• 1 Tbsp skim milk
• 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
• 2 Tbsp Rum
• Low Fat ice cream (optional)
How to Prepare
Set aside the bananas, low-fat soft ice cream, and mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Microwave on great until melted and fizzy for about 1 to 1½ moments.
Then, add the bananas and microwave on high for about 60 seconds and stir.
Pour the rum into the small cup, and nuke it in the microwave for about 20 seconds on high.
Now, light with a match and pour over the banana mixture. Try not to let the flame last for too long, as this will actually burn the banana a bit, and you may not like the flavor.
